Once there is a PROBLEM you can never get someone (smaller) to help,  especially when the other person is

the chief (hua nah).   Maybe if headman had gone with you in the beginning , and he likes you, he might

try to help.   But once some bigshot in a tesabahn or land office or immig. office says something.....

you're kinda SOL.  And you know what happens once you start to complain too much !
