I've got a friend visiting Chiang Mai next month asking for a "biological" or "holistic" dentist. (Mercury free) Any recommendations?

 

If "Mercury Free" is the only requirement, most dentists in Chaing Mai use white composite fillings rather than silver/mercury amalgam.  Dental4U near Thapae Gate is one example.  But they aren't naturopaths, if that's what you're looking for, they are real dentists and dental surgeons trained at real universities.

No responsible dentist will use amalgam fillings - outdated since 30 years!

There is really nothing holistic about somebody drilling around in your mouth - but if your friend insists of paying 4 times the price of a regular dentist for the “holistic experience “ - google “holistic dental clinic Chiang Mai ” - you will find one going north from Chiang Mai - I am sure the owner needs a new Benz soon he is not driving the latest model currently.
