Well, perhaps you should Google him. The arguments against him are political,  but hey, thats not how we do it in the USA.

Witch hunt? Naw, just silly posturing.

The arguments against him are not simply political.

Kavanaugh’s qualification is not simply his education and publically available records of service/judgements, it also within the records of his work throughout his career.

There are thousands of documents from his earlier career being withheld, we are told for reasons relating to national security/Presidential privilege.

We now learn, by means of a Dem Senator releasing some of these documents that the claimed reasons for their being withheld is a lie.

A substantial argument against Kavanaugh is that due to vast quantities of documentation being withheld no meaningful examination and approval of his candidacy can be made.

The examination of his candidacy is a Constitutional requirement.

Without the very fullest disclosure of documents it is impossible to ascertain his suitability for the role and hence impossible to meaningfully meet the Constitutional requirement that his appointment be examined and approved.

Your claims regarding his qualification are baseless as you too have no idea what’s being hidden from the Kavanaugh hearing.

The unfortunate part of this process is that the Democrats are so dead set to negate anything Trump tries to do or the people he nominates they can't see straight.  How many of the people that we saw protesting and being ejected from the hearings have read any of Kavanaugh's decisions?  This is what the nightly news does for the country. It just enrages the ignorant, screaming women over 40 who think abortion is the end all cause. For that matter how many of the Senators asking questions have read his decisions.  The Democrats look for 15 year old emails that might show some crack in his character. The staffers sift through thousands of pages of documents not looking for the positive in the man but only the negative. It's pathetic. If we are looking for God on earth to judge things, forget it.  There isn't a man or woman on earth so qualified.  The Democrats are so afraid Kavanaugh will be a vote on the court for unraveling prior rulings the will stop at nothing, including making a spectacle of the hearings. The also are posturing for more time on the nightly news.  Just listening to Kavanaugh's answers lead me to believe he is smarter than the whole bunch of the senators put together when it comes to Constitutional law.

Much of the documentation necessary to review Kavanaugh’s suitability for the job is being withheld.

Many of Kavanaugh’s answers are simply evasive and there is evidence that he has perjured himself before the Senate.

Your comments regarding women over 40 say nothing about Kavanaugh, nothing about the hearing but a great deal about yourself.

Wasn't that pretty much how things went during Obama's term - but with the Republicans playing the obstruction games? Doubt many a Republican supporter (or a Trump one, nowadays) had quite that many issues with it. Seems like even going on about partisanship is done in a partisan manner.

And, seriously, "ignorant, screaming women over 40..."? Yeah....that'll sell.

Obviously people present at the hearing and does engaged in the vetting process did not read available materials, but TVF posters of the right creed are on top of things. Sure thing.

More than simply playing obstruction, the Republicans, and Mitch McConnell in particular, flat out blocked Obama’s Supreme Court nomination.

McConnell later stating it was one of his proudest moments.
