The two actors previously feuded before the 2016 election. They reignited their argument on 12 September this year when the Will & Grace star told Sarandon to "shut the **** up" after watching her video interview about Trump. “Trump is so bumbling, he's like a character out of a cartoon, that you can't not be aware of what's going on," Sarandon told Variety. "Bernie Sanders proved you can run for office without taking dark money... So many more women are now running for office. "This is a revolution... Maybe things had to get so bad before real change actually could happen. We just have to stay awake."
