But good to be testing the system, thanks to him America is loosing friends and gaining enemies,  may need the system sooner than he thinks.

If TRump's test message is "it's sunny and clear", grab your umbrellas before you go outside.  The WP reported that he jhas just reached 5000 lies and set the record for 135 in a 120 minute period last week.  I usually don't speak 120 words in a day let allone in 120 minutes!

With about 40 percent of Americans believing Trump is trustworthy and honest, unfortunately the answer to your question is yes.
