Ais Mobile Sms Spamming

Featured Replies

There was a thread on this a while back, but I can't seem to find it.

Anyway, how do I stop the spam that AIS sends you to your SMS inbox. There was a way as I recall.

Call the customer service 1175 and ask for "opt-out of promotion SMS".

They know what you want, if not threathen them with legal action. Then they know.

The AIS Cust service is very good and reasonable.

There are two spam problems, one it the sms into your inbox, the other one is messages sent to you using the cel information feature. You can switch that off using the settings menu on your phone.

I had the problem with the messages that didn't go into your inbox. It turned out to be some weird service that they turned on when I got my new sim card. To turn it off on my Sony phone, you had to go into the "entertainment" menu, and select AIS Service. It wasn't in the settings menu.
