Angry topless farangs go viral after telling Thais to keep the noise down

This type of farang arrogance is why Thais often gang up and give farang a beat down - to teach them a lesson and learn some respect.

White farang all over SE/E Asia far too often engage in disrespectful/depraved behavior thinkig theyre superior to the locals and entitled to do whatever they want.

These 2 deserve a good Thai-style beat down.

Maybe the Scotsman bought a very expensive condo/house and thought he'd have a nice quiet retirement...then next door becomes a garage with constant noise for hours on end each day and he's a bit upset ?

Maybe the shop was there before and they built the condo later.

Thankfully as Brits we don't have to have or carry ID cards.

Correct in that we don't have to carry ID cards back home.  However, when abroad we do need ID (usually a passport) or face arrest.

These two are a pair of pr*ts and shouldn't be allowed out without an adult!

When foreigners live in Thailand for a time they begin to feel as if they ARE at home forgetting they are guests.  Being 3 sheets to the wind when complaining does not help.  The Thai's probably didn't understand the drivel coming  out of these guys mouths, thus just stood back.  Laws here do not seem to be pressed as in western nations unless someone gains money or power.  It is always easier to catch flies with honey than vinegar and these guys should think of that.  Even though it is 'their' country they shouild be midful of their license, time and neighbors.

Do you think these guys would behave like this in their home country?

We are in a foreign country and allowed to remain as long as we follow the rules and 'toe the line'.  We are not guests!

I am very surprised that the Scot didn’t get belted with a large spanner, he was completely out of order with his attitude and being under the weather is no excuse.

It will be interesting to see if he appears again in the news having suffered an accident.

He might even take flight from a high rise building.

Low life scum. The owner of the garage has gone to the police because he fears fir his families safety. I don't blame him. Drunk low life's like that are a big threat. Arrest them now fue disorderly conduct.
