nemrut Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 This type of farang arrogance is why Thais often gang up and give farang a beat down - to teach them a lesson and learn some respect. White farang all over SE/E Asia far too often engage in disrespectful/depraved behavior thinkig theyre superior to the locals and entitled to do whatever they want. These 2 deserve a good Thai-style beat down. 1
Cletus Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 Thailand attracts the worst of the West, these two guys are an example of that.

Maybe the shop was there before and they built the condo later.

However, when abroad we do need ID (usually a passport) or face arrest. These two are a pair of pr*ts and shouldn't be allowed out without an adult!

GoNavy Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 When foreigners live in Thailand for a time they begin to feel as if they ARE at home forgetting they are guests. Being 3 sheets to the wind when complaining does not help. The Thai's probably didn't understand the drivel coming out of these guys mouths, thus just stood back. Laws here do not seem to be pressed as in western nations unless someone gains money or power. It is always easier to catch flies with honey than vinegar and these guys should think of that. Even though it is 'their' country they shouild be midful of their license, time and neighbors.

Popular Post greenmonkey Posted September 27, 2018 Popular Post Posted September 27, 2018 There is defo more to this story than just two angry Brits shouting at locals. My guess is that the constant noise from the garage is driving residents crazy (as he does reference this early on in the video) to the point where they can no longer take it and have so confronted the workmen. Having lived in London and experienced all sorts of noise pollution mostly from inconsiderate neighbours I can really sympathise with the daily torment caused by noise pollution. Sounds a bit over the top but trust me when it becomes a daily experience that is never ending it starts to send you round the twist. I do think the Scottish guy was a little too aggressive in his approach but who know's - maybe he has already tried reasoning with them in a calm manner which got him nowhere. As I say - defo more to this! 3 1
