sorry, my browser seems having problem with this post, it keeping jump out failures ! 

He may have been doing a visa run. I was going to suggest sitting in the cafe outside the Thai Consulate in HCMC, but most likely he would have already applied and picked up his new Thai visa by now.

actually you are right, he did visa run. I will return to Phuket and may have a coffee with him ! By that time his mobile phone not beside so I just gave my number to him.
