In many placed it depends on the weekday.

It's a bigger problem and more expensive if she does not work on Friday or Saturday.

Days like Monday to Thursday are often not a big issue and cheaper.

 

Basically she takes one or more day off and as far as I know no or few bar owners care if she is ill or has other reasons why she does not come to work.

 

If bar managers get the idea that maybe she is together with a customer who does not pay the official bar fine then they don't like this...
