A South Korean man who faces Korean rape charges was apprehended in Pattaya on October 13 and would be deported to face prosecution, the Immigration Bureau's acting commissioner Pol Maj Gen Surachate Hakparn said on Wednesday.

South Korea requested that the Thai police arrest the fugitive, Yoon Joo Hyun, who had reportedly destroyed his electronic monitoring device while he was on bail and fled to Thailand.

Thai police arrested him at a cafe at the Central Marina mall.

The suspect, who also faced the charge of overstaying in Thailand for 107 days, admitted to police that he was the subject of an Interpol red notice, Surachate said. He was sent to Muang Pattaya police station for the overstaying charge and would then be deported, he said.

I notice that The Joke has decided to go white so he will stand out in the usual sea of brown.

Full dress, disturbed at a party but not wanting to miss the photo OP.

Still "acting" and waiting for his third star.
