I would think 200 westerners use an agent every week.

Taking advantage of economic imbalances between countries to sleep with young prostitutes, now that could be considered immoral but it's widely condoned on this forum. Taking shortcuts to obtain visas that allow one to remain with one's family and support them is not immoral in my opinion, whether or not there is any fraudulent activity involved.
