Thailand enhances Suvarnabhumi Airport with faster immigration system Thailand's Immigration Bureau is modernizing Suvarnabhumi Airport's immigration system to balance efficiency and security. The Thailand Immigration System (TIS) will streamline passenger processing, reducing wait times to under 20 minutes by eliminating manual steps and using advanced technology. Daily passenger volumes of 120,000 are expected to peak at 135,000, prompting the need for additional staff and resources. New systems cut processing time per passenger to 45 seconds, while the Advanced Passenger Processing System enhances security by flagging international threats. The TIS, set for completion in two years, will integrate AI and automatic channels similar to Singapore's Changi Airport. -

I thought one of the major reasons for leaving the EU was this imo misplaced idea that the UK could become sovereign (in its' own right) i.e. being able to make our own laws and set our own agenda without worrying about what anyone else thought or did? Mr. Moore and you seem to be in favour of simply exchanging Brussels for Washington. Where's the sovereignty in that? -

Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part II
I want to clarify a few things that have probably been posted but went up to the local Revenue Department today 18 Nov in Kanchanaburi yet again. They did not know for sure the PND 90 and 91 and stated I have a pink id card which has the same number of digits as a Tin. They again asked about my income and stated just have the basic State Pension sent to my Thai bank and a couple of very small private pension ones and the total income for the Thai tax year 2024 is less than the 500k or possibly 550K currently tax exemptions and you do not need to file a tax form but bear in mind they not available. My situation is straight forward but just sharing this information but others no doubt have huge income and rental income. I also looked u[ the DTA agreement and not very clear, Cheers all and just being helpful to you -

I have one of those electric unicycles. Closest thing to flying without leaving the ground. But what about all the other unregistered and unlicensed electric scooters, bikes, trikes, golf carts and mobility carts you see on the road. Are they ok? -
