Has anyone had sclerotherapy in Bangkok or know of any clinics or hospitals that do this at a reasonable price ?  It’s for large veins on the back of hands.

Have googled with little success.

Thanks

Sclerotherapy is done in all hospitals and some skin clinics though I would recommend against the latter.

However it is unsuitable for large veins. It is done for so-called "spider veins" and very small varicose veins.

When veins on the back of the hands become prominent it is often because of loss of fat and collagen i.e. the problem is nto the veins per se but age related loss of collagen on the backs of the hands. In which case filler injections may help. Radiesse and Restalyne Lyft (not to be confused with ordinary Restalyne filler) and these work well in reducing the appearance of the large veeins (google images of this and you'll see).  Unfortunately neither is available in Thailand as far as I can tell.

Fat transfers are also sometimes done though I have heard varying things re effectiveness and how long lasting. Yanhee hospital does this. Yanhee also does varicose vein treatment (including sclerotherapy for very small veins) but I am pretty sure from your description that this would not be suitable.

You can do a free online consultation with Yanhee. Uplod clear pictures of your hands.
