Been living with a girl here 1 year, not married. I am an Australian and I have a son (born Thailand) from a previous relationship. Mum gone.

He's an Australian citizen 2.5 years old. My GF has a Thai son 3 years. What would be required, if even possible for her and her Thai son to emigrate to Australia with me.

 

I did look into it a few years ago and a couple of options....engagement visa and marriage visa but from memory you had to be married for a minimum amount of time and then the application took around a year and was reasonably expensive. Then there would be the question of her son. Anyone know if possible or what is required?
