How do you know that all federal offices are owned by the Federal administration, or that unused federal properties cannot be rented to other organisations?
I understand that some offices date the 30 day period from date of application and others from date of expiry of old extension, so if Appling 30 days early and the office dating the under consideration period for date of expiry. it could be a 2 month period.
