Thai tax tangle: Expats warned of new rules on overseas income
Question about a topic I did not find in all contributions. I pay all tax on my pensions in the Nethelands, my home country. Tax office want to see my documents about paid tax in English. Tax office even talks about verified documents. Dutch tax office only provide Dutch language tax bill, and no proof of payments. Embassy does not verify any tax document, as far as I found out. How are you guys handling these things? -

Thai senator’s death penalty drama stirs up capital debate
The one problem I have with the death penalty is that, on occasions, the not guilty are executed. In the USA there were over 20 such cases in the last century. Imagine what it must feel like walking to your execution knowing you are innocent. -

'my list' is not actually my list its 'a list' of shared nationality-origins within any single nation - there is no question of it, the list is factual information. On the other hand, your 'consideration' is just something you think and open to 'your' interpretation, so its something personal to you rather than anything real. You may not 'consider' Chinese-Thai's to be authentic Thai's - but the fact that they have a Thai Passport means the Law does... the same with Albanian-French etc... Or, Nigerian-British etc.. Its up to you what you think of course, and its irrelevant if you don't care for my 'accurate list'... but it is relevant that you are incorrect if you are assuming whatever 'you' think has any official or 'authentic' meaning beyond your own internal thoughts. -

@DrJack54 yes you did mention TM47 but omitted to say it needs to be recent. I had a TM47 but she deemed it not to be recent. please make sure to mention in other postings that it needs to be recent. -

Freed Thai Hostages in Israel Are in Stable Condition
Well they do look in a lot better condition than the poor Palestinian hostages held in Israeli jails that I have seen. Many of them were raped and some Jews have said publicly they are fine with it.
