I am presently taking Xalatan eye drops ( started recently).   Doctor has now suggested doing SLT laser to bring down my eye

pressure even further.  It already is down to 14 one eye and 16 the other eye.  After the procedure she still intends that i would

continue with the drops (but not have to use a second type of drop along with Xalatan).   Very grateful for any first hand or other

experience/knowledge .....   thanks, rumak

Mine is about the same as yours, using two medications, and 4 doctors I have used over last decade are happy with mid-teen readings.  CVFT have been done and no indication of it getting worse.
