Administering an Oath document

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help?

I am a British Citizen but live in Thailand. I am emigrating to New Zealand next year and need a form filled out by either one of the following:

Judge (Of the country's Judicial system), Justice of the Peace, Commission of Oath or any person authorised by law of that country to administer an oath for the purpose of judicial proceedings.

Naturally, I went to my Embassy this morning and was turned away saying "Never seen the form before, not doing it" Helpful huh?

Anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance

Of which country, Thailand or UK?

If this is for the signing and swearing of a document any lawyer authorized to notarise documents can do this here.   In Bangkok I have used Interactive Associates in the Pacific Place building near The Landmark.
