Or possibly the Thai cop was upset that the farang tourist was going to "spirit away" one of the "tourist attractions" of LOS, and wanted some kind of recompense? I thought cops were supposed to uphold the law and not shoot people just because the cops have guns. The cop shot the poor tourist in the head.
