Itthipol said 70 other foreigners were arrested on other charges. They always wait for the call from the neighbor of the last journalist who is known for critical remarks and questions, to confirm he went to bed.

Yes-see the banner in the picture.  All foreigners are outlaws.

A troll post with a crude connotation has been removed.

Another troll post was removed as well.

If Big Joke wasn't there it must be fake news.

Mayanmar wins this weeks round ups.

So who will build the tunnel in chalong now?

The moral of the story is: never leave home without a fistful of baht (or enough baht to negotiate a reasonable outcome)

No Brits!  Hardly surprising; I've always said that we're an honest bunch.

Is there not another word for foreigners from Asia? When i hear the word fallang i always assume them to be white Westerners. For me a person from Myanmar is not a fallang.

I presume it is a bit like the old parades in front of the Kremlin - the bigger your hat, the more important you are?

The Grace hotel if they had gone round the corner could have had another 500

Just three westeners in that lot. In the good old times it would've been over half, but they've all already moved out of Thailand.

I keep meaning to start a thread on the different spellings of farang. That is a new one.

What?!!!...no Big Joke posing on the photo ? What's up ? ... hopefully it is because the gentleman is a bit busy hunting down his corrupt boys/girls in brown,  at regional immigration office counters ? ????

False News: police do not work after the hours of darkness in case they meet bad men; or after 4pm weekdays; or at weekends; in fact........

Hence they have had to extend the definition of "foreigner" to cover all fish in the sea.

They've pulled the same nifty trick with "tourist".
