Indeed. He obviously missed the several widely reported cases of "holiday tour scams" carried out by Thais on Thais; and all those cases of dodgy health and beauty product scams, again Thai on Thai.

 

But he might be considering entering politics soon so patronizing comments to the electorate always go down well.
