Upskirt pervert - aged 59 - arrested in Chumpon and fined 1,000 baht

A 59 year old pervert taking pictures up the skirts of students and schoolkids in Chumpon has been arrested. 

 

The arrest was accomplished after Thai Rath reporters acting on complaints went to a railway station in Sawee district. 

 

There they caught a man in a cap taking pictures up a secondary school girl's skirt. When the girl realized what was happening the pervert escaped on a motorcycle. 

 

The reporters contacted the Sawee police who swung into action and found Preecha, 59, in his house a kilometer away. 

 

There were many upskirt images  of uni students, school students and other women on his phone. 

 

The M5 girl in the latest incident was brought to the police station to point at the perp. 

 

He was fined 1,000 baht for creating an annoyance in public.

 

Thai Rath said that Precha was a lustful pervert with mental problems.

But I'll say one thing, that 1000 baht fine is surely going to put that lustful pervert in his place!!!    He might even be off duty until at least next week!

1000 baht is a joke, that's more or less a nod to continue his sick behaviour. A fair penalty would be to dress him in a skirt and lock him up with some nasty African  prisoners.

A 1000 THB fine is not going to cure him, expect he will be

back up the Railway station next week,they need to keep

a close eye on him,before the photos do not satisfy his fantasies

1000 baht fine for the perv....ridiculous. Should be a week or two, at least, in jail so he will get rogered by some perps to correct the error of his ways.
