Ems Post

Featured Replies

I'm expecting an important delivery from the UK, and a not so important one from Thailand. This morning I went to my mailbox in my condo building, and there was a clip with EMS in large letters hanging from it, but there was nothing inside my mailbox explaining what I'm supposed to do, or if they'll return, just the normal junk and bills. Has anyone else had this? Not sure if I'm supposed to go somewhere to pick up a delivery, or if they'll come back.

Cheers

Konangrit

In my experience, they leave a collection slip and you have to go and collect yourself.

That's what I've had before when it's been standard mail, but there was no slip at all, just a plastic badge with EMS hanging off the front of my mail box, weird.

Hi

Go to the postoffice withe the EMS, remember your passport

Try contacting your building office. Probably the mail is too big to fit in your mailbox. This is quite common in many tall buildings I've been to.

If you need to know where is delivery is right now go top: http://track.thailandpost.com/trackinternet/

You need to have the Slip No. and than you can follow up the Parcerl, Letter or what ever is it!

Yeah, thanks, security did have it, a bit dumb of me for not thinking of that, but I used to rent a house before so always just had a slip telling me to go to the post office. It was the unimportant delivery anyway, still waiting for my replacement bank cards, at least I know where they'll be if the same thing happens when they arrive, though.

Thanks everyone anyway.
