Bought new Toyota Yaris ATIV S+ and on 8th day could not start.  Battery was dead. Struggled but eventually Toyota Dealer sent their

repair guy, could not start with jump leads but they put temporary other battery started and replaced same battery back putting blame

on me that I left inside lights on. However I checked and normally inside lights goes off as soon as door is closed but I believe when I took delivery on 28 December 2018 went out of show room and show many lights on dashboard on while driving, speedometer not recording so went back they quickly checked and disconnected some switch back of battery and although battery leads were tightened not fully in my opinion. Can this be cause of dead battery  ( I had not driven car  for 48 hours prior when this happened).

Secondly is their AA/RAC type service in Thailand - likes we have in UK ? Am just worried that if I get stuck somewhere else or when out of Pattaya - what to do ? Thai language is problem as I cannot speak Thai and always on my own driving. Please advice.

Have bought comprehensive insurance from Toyota - just wondered in case of accident do they have English Speaking insurance dealers ?

The Viriyah Insurance Company.

Can I use other Toyota Dealer for servicing car than the one I bought from and can you recommend dealers in Pattaya area ( do not mind

driving for 20/30  KMS  if good dealer  with some English Speaking understanding staff.

Thanking all in advance - all help will be highly appreciated. Am using car only for my convenience/shopping etc and live alone.

It's not many car dealer who have English spoken staff. Sometimes it they can understand if you spell the questions on a piece of paper. Otherwise you need some experience translater. It's allways more difficult when it come to technical English words.
