Looking for dentist recommendations - Phuket

Hello.  I will be in Phuket in February for one week and would be grateful for recommendations for a skilled dentist for a dental crown (or two) in either Patong or Laguna.  Ideally someone not too expensive who can complete the work in 6 days or less.  I could also get this work done in Bangkok of that would be a better choice. Thank you!

I used this company just this week for teeth cleaning.  Well staffed, busy with a lot of tourists coming and going.  Fixed Prices reasonable.
