Hi, I wonder if anyone on this forum has knowledge of the above area.  I have a sister in law who lives there and it has been suggested we buy near her.  Particularly interested to learn if there is a farang population in the vicinity.

Few farangs and little English out there, but real estate is reasonable.  More farangs closer to the river, on the other side.
