Serial sex pest arrested in Nonthaburi - he blames Viagra

 

 

Police in Nonthaburi on the outskirts of Bangkok have announced the arrest of a serial sex pest wanted for trying to molest university students.

 

Ratanthibet cops arrested 22 year old delivery driver Wisarut at a footbridge by Soi 18 on Ratanathibet Road. 

 

On Sunday night he had grabbed a 19 year old woman and tried to molest her. She managed to fight him off and flee before contacting police. 

 

The cops laid in wait at the site and later in the evening had their man. 

 

He was also caught on CCTV when he grabbed a 21 year old uni student in Soi 22 just after midnight on the 13th of February. She was on her way to a part-time job at a convenience store. 

 

She said she was followed then grabbed by the man. A member of the public in a car saw her plight and helped her after the man tried to force her off the sidewalk into a secluded area. 

 

The assailant fled the scene. 

 

Wisarut was responsible for both these attacks. He said he had seen an advertisement for Viagra online and tried it. 

 

When he was on his way to work and saw a woman he could not help himself and along with the power of the drug carried out his attacks.

No excuse. I'm almost 100% sure that it does say on the instructions that you should take it 30 minutes to an hour before sexual activity. If he had not planned the 30 minutes or an hour ahead, has he not heard of Mrs Palm and her five daughters? I only take Viagra one hour before I go for my fortnightly soapy. I read the instructions.
