I would call this type of gentle exercise more a fusion of some elements of Chi Gong and vaguely Muy Chin movements, certainly not like the Yang long-style I learned back  in the daze. Very much like the early AM work-out at Wat Chiang Man, but, without the way too loud Chinese sound-track.
