has anybody a Recommendation for a rental Apartment with Pool 

in Central Pattaya, near Soi Buakhao?

 

We want to stay 1 Month only - at first

Why would anybody want to stay near Soi Buakhao, unless your into 50 Baht beer.

Google Meow Oasis Pattaya... Good place with 2 pools and gardens. Base overrun by Chinese. There are many cheap options now already along Soi Lengkee, too. Have a nice holiday. MS>

What's wrong with 50 baht beer as a motivation? You can also get a 79 baht breakfast...

What's your budget? Plenty of hotels off of or near Soi Bukhao with pools.  D apartment on the North of the street closer to Pattaya Klang has some nice rooms in their "new" addition. Small rooftop pool that is quiet, not much to swim in.  Chaba Hut, Diana Estates or Oasis.  Sutu's court is pretty modest but too crowded for me.
