Time for 90 Day Reporting

Featured Replies

I will soon come up for my first 90 day reporting on my retirement Visa.  Is the 90 day 3 months or exactly 90 days?  Is there a time frame to report or does it have to be exactly on the 90th day?  Lastly, can it be done on the immigration app on my phone or do you have to present yourself in person?

The first one usually needs to be done in person after that you could do online

The need to report starts a midnight on day 90.

You must report within 97 days or you can be fined for a late report.

The timeframe for reporting depends on the method of reporting; in person, online, mail, or by proxy. The earliest you can report is day 75.

You can report online via the immigration website: https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do

That doesn’t always work for the first report and can only be done during an 8 day window between day 75 and 83. If it fails or you report after day 83 you’ll need to report in person (or by proxy) before day 97.
