Angry over Brexit delay, 'Leave' supporters march through London

Brexiteer has lapse of memory and completely forgets the ‘Leave with No Deal’ was a necessary threat to have in the UK’s negotiating bag in order to get a deal with the EU.

Now it turns out ‘No Deal’ is all that’s left and Brexiteer is unable to see the problem with it.

If we leave with no deal and cheese has to be rationed, now a 18/1 possibility, so be it.

C/h..please give me YOUR definition of a racist

What including the ones that get deleted?!

No, I’ll tell you what, I’ll continue doing what I have been doing, challenge, call out and report racism when I see it on these pages.

It would be encouraging to see, and help your argument, if people who support Brexit did likewise.

By all accounts Dominic Cummings spent a lot of time on the leave slogan of take back control now just 3 years later just a small change is needed. lost all control????

The a*s*holes in Parliament have betrayed their constituents and should be charged with treason !

What impossible vote? There are no votes to be had, no elections. It's all gone. It's dead. Votes don't count anymore. Any attempt at elections will be met with chaos as the losers cry out "They didn't understand what they voted for", "we need a second/3rd/4th election". Now we are in mob rule.

This insane overturning of a democratically elected Brexit rang the death knell for England.

England? Your understanding of the situation seems vague at best.

But these are the democratically elected MP'S representing the constituents that cant deliver the 2% majority vote and a revote with the facts not Tory aspirations is the only democratic way forward ????

Absolute. NI and Scotland should stay in the EU as the majority have vote. Accordingly, the boundaries should be drawn. Wales and England can then cook their own Independence soup.

So you are saying then Julius Ceasar was right ? and the Italians were way ahead of the game, there should be a hard border between Scotland and England ?????

I just wonder if France dare give their citizens a referendum on leaving the EU.

My posting was on a sarcastic Brexiteer level. Apparently there are no simple solutions to complex problems.

Or do the Scots take also jobs away from the English, like the Poles?

Last week hundreds of thousands of people supporting Remain marched in London and just shy of six million people signed a petition to cancel A50.

Yesterday a few hundred Brexit supporters marched in London.

So so much for all the ‘Will of the people’.

A tough border between Scotland and England would take the whole Brexit process forward. Maybe they should give priority to the independence vote of the Scots.

As yesterday was a WORKING day being Friday it is rather unrealistic that people would/can take a days holiday/just not go to their work etc.
The numbers of the people who attended yesterday will be only a minute fraction of the 17.4 million who voted leave..and I have no doubt that yesterdays numbers will be but a VERY minute fraction of those who would vote LEAVE if there is a 2nd referendum[emoji2]

I have on a number of occasions reported posts that I believe to be racist.

Such posts I have reported have been removed.

Any further comment risks discussing moderation, and as you say you know the rules.

Do you have anything to say about the pitiful showing of Leave supporters in London yesterday?

Actually I appreciated the sarcasm from both of you, and talking of Romans, I'm sure we can use our whisky sales to pay the Poles, and the unemployed Geordies (Unemployed due to Tory austerity not the EU - idiots) to rebuild their rather fine wall if need be!

I'm afraid I feel forced to add for the benefit of some Leavers here the above is tongue in cheek - desperate really.

The UK electorate will get another chance (The EU will do anything they can to reverse a vote) to get the right result, that the EU want. Even if you are right, what happens if you lose again. Mass suicides because you didn't get your own way.

Look at it from another point of view (which maybe difficult for you)  the UK electorate can now get another chance, to see how manipulative the EU are and how the politicians have done their best, to ignore the first result. Then people can see just how stupid it is staying in the EU. I almost wish it would happen, so we can have 20 Nigel Farages in the EU Parliament every week, telling the EU the truth.

You just don't get it do you? It's the UK that wants to leave the EU and is responsible for whatever mess that happens. Blame the UK government.

As far as I am concerned the EU has every right to protect their own interests.

Leave will easily win another referendum. The bookies are seldom wrong.

As Boris, Gove, and Mogg the main instigators of Brexit all now voted for May's deal this must be the better deal out than in they all championed before the vote as they have all now decided to stop tap dancing at the 13th hour there can only be one outcome revoke and resign????

Of course they voted for May's deal on the expectation, if passed, she would resign and both Boris and Gove would be candidates for PM, with Mogg backing Boris.

Time for a revote then talking of switching sides for mutual benefit. time the people did the same  ????

You'd better put your house on it then, as it won't be worth much if the UK crashes out with no deal.

The dinosaur remmnents who are still delusionally thinking the British Empire will return are in their death throes. Next week will see a vote in parliament given 2 choices I suspect.  Leave without any agreement ( already rejected previously) or hold another referendum.   Of course the mainly racist retards who still clamor that the past will return will hope that their MP votes for the former again.   However given that choice no doubt it will go the way of another referendum. After all the sick government of Teresa May kept giving themselves repeated opportunities of another vote so what's good for the goose is good for the Gander.

But generally the future is bright for the more sensible , socially conscious UK voter once a second referendum goes ahead, because simply put,  those racists and other loonies that voted to leave the EU pale into insignificance compared to the racists and loonies who voted for Trump and people elsewhere can  look to see exactly where it has got them !  The advantage is that the UK electorate will get another chance, this time being fully informed of the stupidity of leaving the EU, rather than the lies which were peddled back in 2016.

Let me guess: you read the Guardian, believe in the new Green Deal, embrace multiculturalism and diversity, feel guilty about your white privilege, and call everyone who disagrees with your "progressive" ideology racists, bigots, islamophobes, transphobes, homophobes, blah blah blah.

Oh, and of course you voted Remain.

Like insisting on another referendum result as they are already because they didn't like the result from the first one.

The only one blocking the exit is the UK itself.

Yes, leaving without a deal will be painful. Maybe should have thought of that before triggering art. 50

You are talking about the MPs who are blocking the exit not the people. As for triggering article 50 yes what a glorious day it was.

If leaving without a deal will be painful I will take that. better than to be a servant of the EU. I am sure that it will be painful for some EU countries too.

And the UK has every right to protect its interests too. Sadly there are far to many UK people who seem to hate and loathe their own country and would be happy 'dancing the support of the EU' over its own country.
