Grab Taxi CNX contact info

Featured Replies

Anyone ever been able to find contact details for Grab Taxi in Chiang Mai - searched in both Thai and English but no luck thus far.

Don't understand the question.  Grab is a mobile app based taxi service and I'm not sure if they have any other way of contacting them other than perhaps email or social media.  What do you want to do exactly?

Actually after you have found the well hidden report an issue button on their app you will discover that it doesn't work and there is no simple way to contact Grab through the app.  That was my experience anyway.

Go their Facebook page and post on their and also send a message on Messenger.  That will work.

I miss Uber!

Also miss Uber. Never had a problem with them. Grab is a mess.

When you have an issue with Grab, is it because you are not paying cash?

I have my account on cash only, and I would assume that minimizes any issues.

Slightly OT: Is there a simple way to find general or store specific discount codes for Grab?
