Growing up in England we always knew how to start a conversation. Not being the most communicative race on the planet we usually resort to banging on about the weather. In fact tourists to the country are advised to talk about nothing else - they can even be highly critical and say how "bloody bad it is". We won't hold it against you! We agree.

The friezes in Bangkok’s Emerald Buddha Temple were brought to the big screen this past week in the form of the animation “Ramavatar: Mural Brought to Life”. The film was shown in Jakarta and Yogyakarta to mark Thailand’s turn as Asean chair and the start of what has been designated as Asean Cultural Year.

Patong Mayor to discuss underground cable plan with businesses, residents

POWAY, Calif. (Reuters) - A gunman walked into a San Diego-area synagogue crowded with Sabbath worshippers on Saturday and opened fire with an assault-style rifle, killing one woman inside and wounding three others in a hate crime carried out on the last day of Passover, authorities said.

BANGKOK, 27 April 2019 (NNT) - The effort of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME D Bank) to promote Thai processed agricultural products to markets in China succeeded further when a Chinese company decided recently to pilot the purchase of 16,000 tons of Thai processed fruit products, which will generate more than two billion baht in total for farmers on small land holdings.
