AIS Phone service change ?

Featured Replies

Hi .

I bought an Android phone here in Thailand last year. Have AIS servce. Now I'm leaving to Cambodia. AIS doesnt work there.

1.So do I have to have my phone unlocked before I go ? If so how?

2. Will I lose all my photos and documents and downloads  ? How can I prevent that?

I know these are naive questions but in the past I only used small cell phones . This is the first iphone ive owned.

Appreciate any feedback

Thanks

Android/iPhone? Which is it?

Since no one knows where you are or even the model of your phone, it's going to be hard to say.

Have you tried a SIM other than AIS in the phone to check if it is even locked in the first place?
