Damaged Highway 7 bridge repaired

PATTAYA:--Highway Department workers repaired a Highway 7 bridge damaged in a late-night accident.

Workers blocked the offramp to Sukhumvit Road with cones May 17 as they replaced a guardrail knocked out by a car collision the night before.

They also cleared residual rubble that could fall on cars below. Larger chunks of pavement will be cleared in coming days.

The car owner is being held responsible for at least part of the cost of the repairs.

Technically Ace Rimmer, I believe

Must have used some very fast setting cement, normally takes days to set concrete that thick.

I would assume they more probable they just cut out the damaged section and put in steel balustrades as a temporary fix.
