I refer you to a dictionary.  I have raised 4 children who were all at one time 16 years old and they, at that age were definitely not kids.

Thats all, no biggie.

Maybe you can do something against all those bad things happening in Thailand.

Go to the bars and massage places, especially the "only for Thais" establishment, and look what you see.

Then maybe talk to the owner that what they do is illegal. I guess they are happy to hear your advice.

And if for whatever reason the owners don't say thank you to your advice you could go to the police and report all those bad things.

I read somewhere prostitution is illegal in Thailand. But I guess that was a joke. How could it be illegal? Or was it maybe no joke? I am sure you will sort it out and make sure laws will be enforced in Thailand.

How old can a woman get married in Thailand with parental consent?  How old can a woman be to serve drinks?  How old can a woman be to massage?
