I am tryng to find websites that list apartment or house rentals in Rayong for a buddy of mine

I emails some real estate companies in Pattaya, but they do not react at all...

Anybody know some websites??

Making a 90 day report first time in a few years.

I've been doing online 90 day reports for a few years, but because I'm about to get a new passport I believe the next 90 day has to be done in person. The last time I did a report at Jomtien it was only necessary to present your passport, now I believe there are a couple of forms to fill out. I have been at the same address for 16 years, do I still have to fill out a TM30?

Pro tip: In his situation, when OP goes to Jomtien Soi-5, first visit the copy shop close to Immigration on the 2nd rd end. They have every form you need, will make all the copies you need and put them in the proper order. Total cost will be under B50 For almost any immigration process, these people will know exactly what you need.
