I occasionally get messages saying unable to reach thaivisa server or server too busy etc. I've had a few in the past 30 minutes.

I just received a message that stated “IPS server error”. This is a message I haven't seen before. I'm using IE7

What causes this message?

We had to restart the MySQL server and that caused this error to show up. Sorry for the inconvenience.
