have the animals got TM 30 ....and up to date visas and elf insurance?? and 20k baht...and driving licences or swimming certificates....and any other crap one needs to get/be in thailand.....

You might want to double check the thread title, as taking a raft to Cuba from Thailand isn't what you're asking about.  Unless you plan on building one in Thailand and making a return journey to avoid paying import tax on it when you arrive here?  In any case, 73 chickens cooped up on a raft, or rather, un-cooped on a raft, will soon get on your goat, so why make it easy for them by actually bringing one along?  Alternately, head across the Atlantic to the UK instead, where your goat could be a serious contender to be the next Tory party leader.
