Rimmer Posted July 6, 2019 Share Posted July 6, 2019 Pumps installed on flood-prone Sukhumvit stretch PATTAYA:--Pattaya workers laid pipes and installed pumps to mitigate flooding on Sukhumvit Road. Deputy Mayor Pattana Boonsawad oversaw the project at the South Pattaya end of the busy thoroughfare July 3.
