today my gang go to Longlair market in Phangnga 

Is about 15 minutes from Khok Kloi on the road go to Phangnga Town

Free for foreigner to go. Have the local delicious product.

 

Best thing is that have no plastic waste!!! 

The food serve in banana leaf, or cardboard container, even the soup. Paper straws, drinks in bamboo. No foam!!

For the plastic forks etc, have the Waste Station so it get recycled. The food waste make the compost.

 

Food is fresh and good, local durian, local seafood, local snacks.

Is under the shade of a palm plantation, so nice and cool. Mountain all around. Fresh air.

The stalls are made with leaf.

Have music also. No alcohol, good for the family.

 

It open every Sunday. All day. Good place to go. Everyone friendly.

Not 100% convinced that Bamboo cups are the answer! A lot of bamboo is wasted getting cups of the right size.

We have a lot of bamboo. 55555

if you put it the ground the worm eat it. But the worm don’t eat the plastic.

Music= noise pollution,  no alcohol, personal  choice  removed for people who can drink sensibly ,it seems  you have an "old  fashioned" sense as maybe you  appear to  like "no alcohol"? (That's a  question)

I love the use of banana leaves for packaging and serving, and there are so many creative ways to use them.
