Can anybody give me an update on this refurbishment and more important I suppose the re-opening of the Grand President Tower 3?

I have always stayed in the latter each Winter and liked to use the beer house a lot.

 

Missed out last time of course and stayed in the Ambassador (not quite as much to my suiting) and used the new place in 13 which was ok but not quite as convivial as that little round bar in 11.
