Dermatologist at Bumrugrad

Featured Replies

Can anyone reccomend at dermatologist at Bumrugrad for a skin cancer checkup?

The best doctor for this in Thailand is in Pattaya, Dr. Anna at BPH

No one else in Thailand comes close to her level of expertise and experience with skin cancer and it is worth the trip. Skin cancer is her specialty.

But if you are set on Bumrungrad then, Dr. Niyom

Can you explain your comment. Were the fees much higher at the BPH?  She looks like she is highly trained.  There is nothing listed under experience but I am guessing that someone didn't update the website.  I am sure she has experience Being that she is

  • Diplomate, American Board of Dermatology
  • Fellow of American Academy of Dermatology

Dr Anna charges about 1000 for a fairly simple consultation.

That's not expensive.

Though you have to add some hospital fees, maybe 200, and medication (some things she prescribes are not easily found outside the hospital).

She is one of Thailand's best dermatologists.

I have been treated by her personally - made quite a long trip to do so.

She is the best doctor in the country when it comes to skin cancer. I don't know of any other with her level of experience and interest in it. It is after all uncommon in Thais.
