Thanks, yes I actually have coal tar shampoo. But was looking for something for the skin. I was thinking of applying the shampoo itself but it's too fluid too stay on the skin. Really needs to be a cream.

I get out in the sun and get a tan and drink plenty of water, little exercise and i take a diet pill to help control weight for a couple of months at a time, not for everyone but has worked wonders for me here.

Head and Shoulders shampoo,that's it.

Went through the coal tars,cortisones,etc,etc.

99% free of it ATM,cold season always knocks me around a bit.

a diet pill??? what is a diet pill???

However I do agree with the change of diet, that helped a family member massively with their skin issues
