Are there any cigar lounges in Pattaya where one can smoke a Cuban cigar and enjoy a beverage, like a glass of wine or whiskey?

Do you always post your nonsense without reading.

The OP was asking about a cigar lounge, so unless you hang around in cigar lounges the stink of his cigars would not effect you.

When are you going to start respecting others?

Would it be legal to smoke a cigar on the opposite side of beach road from Mike's shopping mall, on the stairs, before the beach, and in front of the board walk?

There used to be one on walking street about 10 years ago after the ping pongs the cigars would come out "at least I thought it looked like cigars"! but I suppose even that's gone now????

Now smoking poolside is your best option. Bring your own stash and torch. A few 5 stars will supply you with a correct ashtray. I smoke in the daytime as I’m “busy” most evenings.

No but I feel sorry for those so desperate for a job who risk their health working in such places...

Wild Chicken bar on the 2nd road end of Soi Post Office aka Soi Paisanee aka Soi 13/2.

Cigar friendly bar with decent ashtrays, cold beer, international sports on request. There's also stimulating debate and conversation from people who have been there, done that and got several t-shirts. Open from 10 AM with serious drinking typically kicking off mid-afternoon which can carry on until about 8 PM when everyone's either pretty much out of their tree already or they've fallen asleep on the sofa. Last man 'standing' has to help pull the shutters down.
