looking to spend as little as possible to get a flight Medical Clearance certificate from a Certified OB/GYN in the Bangkok area. Anybody can guide me Gyneacologist clinic not Hospitals.

In Bangkok Doctor's clinics are located in the outpatient dept of hospitals. There are no gyn clinics.

The least expensive way to do this is at a government hospital (any - take your pick). But waits will be very long and often in uncomfortable setting. You'll spend a full day at least.

If it were me I's go to either:

St Louis Hospital on Sathorn

Bangkok Christian Hospital on Silom

or

Camillian Hospital on Soi Thonglor.

Will cost more than government hospital but less than the top tier private hospitals. Probably around 1000 baht unless special tests are needed.

Do you have a specific form from the airline? If not check with them to see if they have one as cannot assume doctor will know what is required.

You seem to be very sure that you are actually fit to fly.

If you want not just a worthless  bureaucratic piece of paper but actual medical advice you will almost certainly not find this at a government hospital,  and probably not at the hospitals Sheryl mentioned.

Flight surgeons or doctors with experience in aviation medicine work mostly at Bangkok Hospital and Bumrungrad. A certificate of fit for fly  won't be much more than 1000 if there are no problems.

From the sounds of it the issue is simply pregnancy in which case a specialist in aviation medicine is hardly necessary.

https://www.medconsultasia.com/. Call Dr. Donna.  I'm pretty sure she does what you need.

She does issue medical certificates in general but OP has indicated that the certificate has to be signed by a "certified OB/GyN" which Dr. Donna is not.  And most GPs would want to refer something like this to an OB even if the airline did not so require.

That makes sense.   I was thinking of this from her website.

Fit-to-Fly Letters

Dr Donna can assess and subsequently issue or certify 'Fit to Fly' letter or 'Fit to Travel' letter. If you are unable to travel for medical reasons, Dr Donna can certify on the Fit to Travel Letter that you are not able to travel until a given date due to your medical diagnosis.
