Post-Lottery Blues

My partner gets this twice a month for about 2-3 days, and it usually ends up causing problems in our relationship

 

Is there anyone she can go to for help? or any medication that might alleviate the pain during these periods?

wherever she goes, I would set off in the other direction. Anyone with that kind of problem, basically a gambling issue,  needs medical intervention.  Goodness only knows where you get it here.

Very common here, often they borrow to buy tickets or worse borrow to gamble to chase a debt believing a higher spirit will help them win. Really hard to change stupid but agree it does create a lot of problems.

well done you.  Won £10 a few weeks back,  but the kids went and spent it.  Shouldn't  have given them my log in details. I now worry about the £10 million I am going to win this Saturday.

Your partner has an addiction and needs psychological help, there is no cure in a pill.

 

And odds are she isn't willing to get it (pysch help)
