lambous
Could anyone tell me if its possible to enter the road in Poipet which links Thai and Cambodian immigration without a Thai exit stamp. I don't want to enter Cambodia and I don't want to lose my visa status in Thailand. Will this cause problems coming back into Thailand?
aussiestyle1983
The only way is to just sneak through, I mean, just try to walk through the road in the middle or cross at an area a bit further away from the immigration posts (you might get wet in the river!) Im sure you could do it, but you would be breaking the law if you get caught. Im sure it is law breaking to d oit like that, or you would't see the Thai going to gamble line up at Thai immigration, they would just walk through as well if it was that easy. Disguise yourself as a cambodia border trader and you will be sweet!
samran
best not to try doing it illegally. If you can't do it at all, why run the risk. Nothing on the otherside except some dodgy casino's. It ain't called the armpit of cambodia for nothing.
