Featured Replies

Good afternoon,

today I tried to log in with my phone to Tmb Touch.

When I enter he ask me to review my information or to skip it and continue.

So I tried to review it, and it ask me for work adress ??  (I don't work)

during this week I will go to ask my bank, but I will like to know if anyone else have also experience this problem, maybe is a software glitch or something

Thanks

update, I have been to Tmb bank.

The lady in the bank took my phone and answer many questions without even ask me anything.

now the application work like before again, but I don't know what she wrote actually.

You could probably just put your home address if there is no option to skip it.  I got the same message popup when I used mine, data must be confirmed by 7 September. I just pressed confirm all pages and it's finished.

Mine came with my home address already given as my work address. I noted that in the options there was no option for being retired or unemployed, only an option for being a pensioner. I am not a pensioner so I left it on "househusband" which is also wrong as I live alone.

I think this some sort of Thai variant on international KYC (know your customer) rules. Perhaps "don't know your customer".
