I feel exactly as the OP does, until the pills wear off and the Mrs starts nagging and half the dogs in the soi start up with the barking competition. Crazy and unreal but more of a nightmare than a dream at times. ????

well i do have a motorcycle. 650 Kawasaki so i am just like Steve McQueen in the Great Escape. 

and i have been resting before i go to Pattaya on my motorcycle, maybe for a month.  but based on last night i just realized i don't have anywhere near enough memory cards for my GoPro.   

Pattaya has a high concentration of TV members, buying strangers drinks is a great way to create some local support, and park the Versys up before the drinking, otherwise you might make the wrong kind of headline!!!

Sorry to go ON topic for a while but:

For me the pluses still outweigh the minuses and by a big margin over my home country or any other I would live in.

Of course the novelty wears off after a couple, or three, years but finding a new interest is the key to keeping your sanity.

I’m trying to learn Thai so that should keep me occupied.....forever !!
